- Develop, review, and optimize forecasts at SKU level, create KPIs for demand and supply accuracy, and explain deviations versus budget.
Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
- Gather and analyze market, brand, and product trends to inform data-driven decisions.
Collaborative Supply Chain Optimization
- Work closely with local teams, global departments, and key team players, maximizing efficiency and create alignment on plans.
Value Stream Mapping
- Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes and align with teams on value delivery.
Product Launch Coordination
- Coordinate and review product launches and align teams on right stock levels.
Inventory & Availability Excellence
- Ensure and measure right product availability, right stock coverage, and mitigate risks.
Continuous Process Improvement
- Identify anomalies, refine processes and align best practices across teams.
Comprehensive Data Review
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and customer stock levels, aligning teams on reorder dates and volumes.
